Competition Coaching
Bold Physique competition coaching is built for athletes who want real guidance through the full contest prep process.
Whether you are entering your first show or working towards a higher level in your division, coaching is tailored to your physique, your competitive goals, and the demands of your day-to-day life.
That includes individualised training, nutrition, supplementation guidance, check-in feedback, and ongoing adjustments based on how your body is actually responding. Prep is never one-size-fits-all, and it should not be treated that way.
Chris brings decades of coaching and judging experience across multiple federations, so the focus is not just on getting lean, but on building the right look for your category, presenting it properly, and turning up on show day in the best condition you can realistically achieve.
The aim is simple. Bring out the best possible version of each athlete, with honesty, detail, and a standard that holds up on stage.

You get ongoing feedback, proper adjustments, and honest direction based on how you are progressing. The aim is simple, turn up ready, present yourself well, and have a clear plan in place once the show is done.
Health also stays on the table the whole way through. Medical check-ins are mandatory for both natural and enhanced athletes, so we keep decisions grounded in more than just how someone looks

Our Lifestyle Coaching is built for people who want real body composition change, not another generic plan.
If your goal is to lose body fat, build lean muscle, improve your shape, or create better habits around training and nutrition, we coach you with a method that is practical, individualised, and built to last.
Chris works with lifestyle clients the same way he works with athletes, by paying attention to detail, setting a clear plan, and making adjustments based on your progress. That means your training and nutrition are tailored to your starting point, your routine, your goals, and your rate of progress.
There is no cookie-cutter approach here. Just structured coaching, honest feedback, and a focus on building a stronger, leaner, healthier physique in a way that fits real life

Physique Assessment
Get clear, experienced feedback on your physique from Chris through a written or video assessment based on your current condition, structure, development, and stage presentation.
This service is designed for competitors who want an honest assessment of where they are at, what needs work, and which division may suit them best. Chris will break down your strengths, weak points, overall look, and the areas that are likely holding you back from being more competitive.
You will also get practical guidance on what to focus on next, whether that is improvement season priorities, prep timing, posing, presentation, or class selection. Where relevant, feedback can also include suit colour and style recommendations to help you present your physique more effectively on stage.
With decades of coaching and judging experience across multiple federations, Chris gives straightforward feedback you can actually use, not vague opinions or generic encouragement.
