First, we check what you need with an assessment. You can meet Chris in person or on Zoom, especially if you’re near Auckland. We’ll keep in touch through WhatsApp or our coaching app for any questions or updates. Regular check-ins help us adjust your plan so you can reach your goals.

Chris crafts coaching plans to fit your physique goals, using his expertise as a retired Pro Judge with 20 years of experience. He knows exactly what judges look for in each class, offering insights you won’t get anywhere else.

Chris will be your main coach. If your goals need special know-how, he might team you up with another expert coach. This way, you get the best advice for what you’re aiming for.

Yes, we coach people from all over, including the Americas, Asia, Australia, and Europe.

You’ll chat with your coach every week to stay on track. They’ll check in, update your progress, and help with any questions. As the competition gets closer, you’ll talk even more to make sure you’re ready.

For coaching chats, we use WhatsApp, our own coaching app, Zoom and Loom. It’s easy for sending messages, photos, and videos. This helps us keep in touch better and support each other’s fitness goals.

We take credit/debit cards and bank transfers. We also use online services like Stripe for safe payments.
Chris replies to emails within 48 hours, and we keep our active competitors to 75 so you get the focus you deserve. We also guarantee a same-day / next day response for check-ins.

Yes, we coach men in all bodybuilding classes. Whether you’re just starting or aiming for the top, we’ve got the expertise to help you excel.
First, we’ll do a full review of your physique to see if you’re ready. It’s key to have the right muscle size for your category, so we might suggest a growth season first. Contact us, and we’ll figure out the best path for you.
You’ll have two options: a macro-specific plan where you count nutrients, or a diet-specific plan with set meals. Most clients find they get their best results following our diet-specific program.
No worries, we’ll teach you how to track macros. It’s a useful skill that will help you understand your nutrition and get the best results from your training.

While we’re well known for coaching bikini athletes, Bold Physique works with competitors across multiple federations, divisions, and experience levels. That includes both female and male classes, from first timers through to experienced competitors.

Choosing the right federation and category is about where you feel best. We’ll help you match your goals with the right class, whether that’s NPC/IFBB Pro League, ICN or another federation that suits your ideal physique.

We coach across multiple federations, including NPC/IFBB Pro League, ICN, WFF, PCA, WBFF, FMG and WNBF. Our role is to guide you towards the federation and division that best suits your physique, goals and competitive direction.

Chris attends a number of competitions throughout the year, particularly shows where Bold Physique athletes are competing. He makes a strong effort to be there in person where possible, both in New Zealand and at selected overseas events, to support clients on show day.

No. PED use is not required to work with Bold Physique or to compete as an amateur.

The decision is your own, but our coaching does not require or pressure anyone to use performance-enhancing drugs.

Our priority is always your health. We do not prescribe, recommend, or supply PEDs. Where an athlete has chosen to use them independently, our role is to keep health monitoring part of the process, encourage appropriate medical oversight, and make decisions with risk in mind rather than ignoring the issue.
