Your coach will be with you every step of the way, guiding you from the improvement season through prep to your time on stage and beyond. You’ll hit the stage confident, bringing your best package yet and you will finish your show with the post-show plan already in place.
Our medical coaching consultants will be providing constant feedback and guidance to ensure your health and safety at all times. Medical check in’s are a mandatory part of our coaching process for both Natural and enhanced athletes.

Competitive Coaching is split into three (3) seasons or categories

COMPETITION PREP

  • Embark on a bespoke bodybuilding journey with coaching precisely tuned to your physique and life.
  • Your personalized training and nutrition plan will prime you for peak performance.
  • Together, we’ll define the ideal prep timeline for your victory stride on stage.

A typical prep phase is 12-20 weeks.

POST-SHOW COACHING

  • Post-show, your journey continues with our unwavering support.
  • We’ll equip you with a tailored reverse diet, training regimen, and mindset strategies for a seamless transition into your growth season or upcoming competitions.
  • Your success is our mission—every step of the way.

A typical post show/reverse phase is anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks.

IMPROVEMENT SEASON

Physique Assessment

Elevate your bodybuilding journey with Chris Bold’s expert physique review, offering both written and video-recorded feedback from an IFBB Pro League Judge with a global perspective. This service is designed to provide you with a detailed critique, pinpointing specific areas for improvement and giving class recommendations to optimize your competitive strategy. Chris will outline a preparation plan for your upcoming shows, with a focus on enhancing your training and posing techniques.

Receive personalized advice on suit colour and style, ensuring you present a polished image that complements your hard work. Chris’s feedback, informed by years of judging at the highest levels, will include observations from your past competitions, empowering you with the knowledge to progress and make impactful strides in your bodybuilding endeavours.

Metabolic Testing

Metabolic testing involves the measurement and analysis of an individual’s metabolic rate to understand how their body utilizes energy. This assessment provides valuable information about calorie expenditure, nutrient utilization, and can help determine optimal nutritional and fitness strategies. Common methods include indirect calorimetry, which measures oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production, helping to calculate Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). Metabolic testing is beneficial for athletes, individuals seeking weight management, and those with specific fitness goals. It allows for a more precise and personalized approach to nutrition and exercise, aiding in the development of effective strategies for improved energy balance and overall metabolic health.

MIXING CHAMBER TECHNOLOGY

A mixing chamber is considered the “Gold Standard” for a Metabolic Measurement. . A mixing chamber collects all the exhaled gases into a chamber where they can literally be mixed together. Then the evenly mixed gas can be sampled to actually measure the oxygen percentage. This is considered to be much more accurate

WORKOUT ZONES

Define workouts zones unique to you. These results can measure substrate utilization: the ratio of fats versus carbohydrates burned through workouts. Ideal for preserving muscle mass during fat.

DIRECT OXYGEN MEASUREMENT

Directly measures the concentration of oxygen a person breathes out, all the exhaled air is collected and analyzed. There is a direct correlation between oxygen consumed and calories burned, giving the most accurate measurement of calorie consumption.
