Metabolic Testing

  • Calculate your Resting Energy Expenditure (REE), commonly referred to as a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)
  • Pinpoint the precise caloric intake required for fat loss, maintenance, or muscle gain
  • Measures basal metabolic rate (BMR)

This is, from the outside what a Session with Chris looks like…. however there is much, much more. There is the ear that is always there to listen, the voice that motivates, the ability to entertain when you need to focus and the humour to pull you away from the reality of there being 50 more hip thrusts left to do.
I cannot thank Chris enough for what he does as trainer. He has kept me invested and pushed me when I needed. Once the torture was over he always followed up if he thought he may have actually killed you, cue Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness!!!!

Have worked with Chris for just about five years now. In that time, I have trained him to be methodical, disciplined, empathetic to the different preferences of training, and sympathetic to the different styles of client (whingers like myself and non-whingers like no one).
